The Southern Alleghenies Workforce Development Board (SAWDB) recognizes the importance of having an educated and skilled workforce.  Accordingly, each year the SAWDB dedicates significant funding to support a variety of training initiatives designed to help individuals increase and sharpen their skills.  These can range from funding support to help individuals complete post-secondary training programs to public workshops offered in the PA CareerLinks® and targeted training opportunities for those already employed.
