Executive Order 12372 establishes the framework for SAP&DC to review infrastructure, community and economic development, and environmental projects seeking federal financial assistance for consistency with the Region’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS).

The Commission’s Board of Directors provides their final recommendations to the respective funding agencies. SAP&DC staff then responds to all inquiries within 60 days.
