Dislocated Worker Skill Enhancement Program

Contract Award:

Greater Johnstown Career & Technology Center on behalf of the Southern Alleghenies ABLE Coalition
$255,220 to serve 366 Dislocated Workers.

80 Individuals have participated in this literacy program to date.

 

Training In The Southern Alleghenies Workforce Investment Area

The SAWIB will make available up to $10,000 in ARRA funds to help offset the cost of post secondary education and training for eligible Adults and Dislocated Workers.   The recap below shows number of participants, dollars obligated to date and the selected training providers.
