2013 - 2016 TIP Update
The Southern Alleghenies Planning & Development Commission (SAP&DC) serves as the Rural Planning Organization (RPO) for rural transportation planning and programming for the rural counties of Bedford, Fulton, Huntingdon, and Somerset. SAP&DC, in coordination with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) updates the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) every two years. The TIP includes prioritized highway, bridge, transit, air, and transportation enhancement projects for the four rural counties for the four-year period.
 
The update of the FY 2013-2016 TIP is currently underway. Below are links to documents for the 2013 Program Update including the update schedule and financial guidance. Please check back often for updates.
