Within the region served by the SAP&DC, assistance to businesses seeking to relocate within or to our area is typically provided by local industrial development organizations.  These agencies are staffed by economic development professionals who partner with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Community and Economic Development to design and implement the optimal mix of services to ensure the success of client businesses.

As may be necessary, depending upon businesses needs, the SAP&DC is called upon to offer its services, e.g. business loans and other expansion assistance.
